Does the free trial require a credit card?
No. Your 14-day free trial starts immediately — no credit card needed. You'll only be asked for payment information when you choose to upgrade.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What counts as an AI reply?
Each time our AI generates a draft reply for an inbound customer email, that counts as one AI reply — regardless of whether it's auto-sent or reviewed first.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. Emails that exceed the limit will be queued for manual handling. You can upgrade at any time to avoid interruptions.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (equivalent to a ~17% discount). Contact us or toggle to annual billing in your account settings.
