Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Help build and scale the core Retenza platform. Own entire features end-to-end β€” from API design to the UI. We use Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, and the Anthropic Claude API.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong TypeScript and React skills
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
  • Experience with high-throughput queue systems (BullMQ, SQS, etc.)

ML Engineer β€” NLP & Intent Detection

Improve the accuracy and speed of our intent detection and confidence scoring models. Work directly with Marta (CTO) on the AI pipeline that powers 18M+ email responses per year.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in ML engineering or applied NLP research
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with PyTorch or JAX
  • Experience fine-tuning or evaluating large language models
  • Understanding of multi-class text classification systems
  • Comfortable working with production data at scale

Senior Product Designer

Own the design of agent-facing workflows, admin dashboards, and the onboarding experience. Work closely with Nikola (Design Lead) and directly with our customers to understand how they use the product.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design
  • Proficient in Figma
  • Experience running user research and usability testing
  • Familiarity with design systems at scale

Customer Success Manager

Own the post-sale relationship with a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise Shopify merchants. Drive adoption, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities. You'll be the customer's advocate inside Retenza.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role at a SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations (Shopify experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Polish or French a strong bonus)
  • Data-driven approach to tracking customer health and outcomes
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Intercom, or similar)

Growth Marketing Manager

Own acquisition channels for Retenza's European expansion. Run experiments across paid, SEO, content, and partnership channels. You'll work directly with Alek (CEO) and have real autonomy over budget and strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth marketing or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO campaigns
  • Comfortable with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Strong writing and content instincts
  • Bonus: experience marketing to e-commerce or Shopify merchants
SalesFull-timeWarsaw / Remote (EU)

Senior Account Executive β€” Enterprise

Close enterprise deals with high-volume Shopify stores and Shopify Plus brands. Own the full sales cycle from demo to signed contract. We have strong inbound β€” your job is to convert it and build your own pipeline too.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with ACV > €20k
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting quota
  • Experience selling to e-commerce, operations, or support buyers
  • Strong demo and negotiation skills
  • English required; German or French a significant advantage for EU expansion
