How it works
The Slack integration (coming soon) will allow you to receive real-time notifications in a chosen Slack channel when specific events occur in Retenza: new urgent tickets, SLA breach warnings, low-confidence escalations, or negative CSAT responses. Agents will be able to take action from the Slack notification directly.
