How it works
Retenza uses Shopify's Official Admin API (2024-10) to fetch live order data for every incoming support email. Connect via OAuth from your Retenza settings β no Shopify app store required, no developer needed. Once connected, Retenza automatically identifies order references in customer emails and fetches the relevant order data before generating the reply.
Set up in minutes
Go to Settings β Shopify
Find the Shopify integration card in your Retenza agent settings.
Click 'Connect Shopify'
OAuth flow opens β log in and approve the Retenza app.
Select your store
Choose the Shopify store to connect (multi-store supported on Enterprise).
Start receiving AI replies
Order data is now included in every AI-generated response.
