How it works

Retenza uses Shopify's Official Admin API (2024-10) to fetch live order data for every incoming support email. Connect via OAuth from your Retenza settings β€” no Shopify app store required, no developer needed. Once connected, Retenza automatically identifies order references in customer emails and fetches the relevant order data before generating the reply.
