Connect a Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) inbox to Retenza β€” the same OAuth flow as Gmail, with full support for shared inboxes and service accounts.

How it works

Google Workspace inboxes use the same Gmail API as personal Gmail accounts. Retenza's OAuth integration works seamlessly with Workspace β€” including the ability to use a shared support alias (e.g. support@yourcompany.com) as the monitored inbox. Enterprise plan users can connect multiple Workspace inboxes.

Go to Settings β†’ Gmail

Find the Gmail/Workspace integration card in your settings.

Click 'Connect Google'

Google OAuth opens β€” sign in with your Workspace account.

Approve permissions

Grant Retenza read/send access to the relevant inbox.

Choose which inbox or shared alias to monitor.
