How it works
Retenza connects to Gmail using Google's official OAuth2 flow and Gmail Push Notifications via Google Cloud Pub/Sub. This means emails are processed in near real-time (typically within 2 seconds of arrival) — no polling delay, no missed messages. Replies are sent from your existing Gmail address, so customers see your familiar support email.
Set up in minutes
Go to Settings → Gmail
Find the Gmail integration card in your Retenza agent settings.
Click 'Connect Gmail'
Google OAuth opens — sign in and approve the required permissions.
Select inbox
Choose which Gmail label or inbox to monitor for support emails.
