How it works

After you connect Shopify via OAuth, Retenza queries the Shopify Admin API (2025-04) for every relevant email. Order data is cached for 10 minutes to avoid rate limits. The AI uses fulfillment status, tracking numbers, carrier info, and line item details to write accurate, specific replies.
